Another true classic, Alpine Climbers was directed by Dave Hand, released 7/25/36, this FINAL draft of 5/9/36.
There were only four animators assigned to this short: Bill Roberts (intro of all characters, Pluto and eaglet), Dick Huemer (Donald), Grim Natwick (Mickey) and Norm Ferguson (Pluto and St. Bernhard).
Alpine Climbers was released on the 2001 DVD set "Walt Disney Treasures - Mickey Mouse in Living Color."

This and "The Fire Brigade" are two of my favorite pieces of animation by Grim Natwick.
