The Morkovin Experiment (II)

Here is the second half of Bulletin No. 12. I admit that I find the title very catchy, in a roundabout way. "How to Catch, Build and Maintain the Interest of Spectator in the Picture" and "Course Fundamentals of Cartoon Story and Expression." But it didn't leave a big IMpression at the studio, it turned out...

It seems we hear most from Jack Miller, Homer Brightman, Bianca Majolie and Jim Algar. It is interesting when they give examples of what they at the time considered good or bad films, like the good and bad continuity on the last page. Also interesting that Bianca uses her own film Elmer Elephant as example at times...
